I subscribed to paidsurveysonline.com simply because I'm a college student on an extremely limited budget and schedule and need some additional income. The site makes it sound like you will not have to go scouring thousands of sites any longer in failed attempts at finding paid surveys. They say they have companies that have enlisted specifically to pay consumers to give their opinions and that if you sign up for their membership, then you will be added to their database and start receiving paid surveys that you have the option of participating in. They claim that all the services they list have been checked out and are guaranteed to pay, when in fact that is not the case at all.

I subscribed, only to be directed to the members only page that consists of list upon list of other links to online survey companies, not to the surveys themselves. I never did find a survey. I basically paid for something that I could've typed "survey" into google and done myself. That's what I THOUGHT I was eliminating. In addition to their misrepresentation, there is no good, easy way to cancel your account, contact customer service, or request a refund. I would not recommend subscribing to their "services".

The only way to reach customer service for account questions is through a link that provides an option to send an email. I submitted an email requesting that my accoung be canceled and why, and requesting that my fee be refunded. This is the first day so I will be sure to update in the future.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I filed with Clickbank (the site you are directed to in order to make your membership payment) to get a refund and they promptly refunded my money. However, the customer service email contact for paidsurveysonline.com never responded. But I'm happy! I got my money back & have learned a valuable lesson!
