Pain Vanish Sent a bill for $19.94 , didnt order item . Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I was sent 3 foil packs of Pain Vanish in the mail . ANd now almost 3 months later ,I get a bill for $19.94 and I didnt oreder anything from them .

I caled and it took forever to get to a real person ,I was on hold for at least 30 min.
I told the lady I didnt order it and was filing a complaint on them as we spoke . She said she would Zero out the account , and I told her I hope her company gets shut down .

I think we should file a class action law suit on them for mail fraud .
Anyone else game ?

And the cream is no better tha Ben-Gay !!!
