We recieved free samples of pain vanish and a few weeks later recieved a "Cooling Relief Patch", which was FREE!

The Scam was that we also recieved a 2oz. tube of the products which costs $14.99, PLUS $4.95 S&H, totalling $19.94.......this is painvanishes "WELCOME PACK." It reads like it is a club that sends you products every 1-3 months.

They promise that you can send it back and they will pay P & H, but to get to the post office costs gas money, time and inconvenience, especially for senior citizens who do not drive or completely understand what this is all about.
