Painvanish RipOff!! Product is sent to you unsolicited then they bill you!! Philadelphia Pennsylvania

About 2 months ago my wife received unsolicited an offer for free PainVanish in the mail. We filed the offer in the round file. The small packages of PainVanish came in the mail anyway followed by a bill for $19.94 (It appears that if you are dumb enough to pay the bill that you are put on an automatic monthly reorder program).

I telephoned the company on the 877 number they provided. All you get is enter a number for everything. No way to talk to an individual to solve the problem. Send us the money is all they are interested in. They claim to have sent you a 2 oz. tube and some other junk which they want back if you will not pay the bill. I never received any of it.

This is just a rip off. If only 2% of the people they mailed to are intimidated enough to send them the money and then continue to do the same thing each month....... we are talking a lot of money here. I cant believe that there are not some interstate something laws violated here.
