I unfortunately responded to an advertisement for a FREE Trial Offer of PainVanish. I was astonished when I got a bill for $19.94. I returned the product and wrote to the company telling them that I never agreed to pay for this Free sample and that they used deceptive marketing practices. They promply sent me another bill.

I googled PainVanish and was gratified and NOT surprised to find this rip off report. I hope this report will make its way to the authorities so these rip off artists will be put out of business.
