Pak Mail Owner Dave Myers I went to pick up my mail at the Pak Mail location. Mr. Myers decided to close his store with no advance warning. I callede the Pak Mail franchise in Colorado and was told that he is the sole owner of the Franchise and I would have to deal with him. Well he closed up the store and left. I called the Post Office to get my mail forwarded, only to be told that they would not do it because it is a third party commercial enterprise.I am still straightening out my mail. I paid for service thru December 2015. He ripped me off for about $120 dollars, left on my contract.I now have to get a new mail box and pay twice for the same service.. Pembroke Pines Florida

     On or about April 15, Mr. Dave Myers the owner of Pak Mail, closed his business without any prior notice. I had a contract with him that was thru the end of December 2015. He took off with about $120.00 of the remainder of my contract. He closed his business abruptly with no phone number to call. I paid him to receive my mail, and what does he do. Takes my money, leaves my mail in in limbo, and now I have to pick up the pieces. There are 130 mailboxes in his facility. I wonder how many people are in the same position as me.

     I called the Postmaster and was told that the post office would not forward my mail because Pak Mail is a third party commercial enterprise. Now, I have to contact all my contacts individually. I called the Pak Mail Franchise in Colorado and was told that this location is owned by Dave Myers, and they have no responsibility. I was at this location for six years and now I am having trouble getting a handle on getting my mail organized. This action on the part of Dave Myers has caused my untold hours getting my mail straightened out, plus the fact that he stole $120.00 from me.
