In the past 3 months I have been receiving porno spam on Out Look Express. Looks like real email until you open it up. Did not notice it on my Visa statement untilled I ordered the John Hopkins Prostate Bulletin, Special Reports for $39.99. All I got was One Mans Battle With Prostate Cancer. I called the billing Dept. and ask them for phone # and address of the Palm Coast Co. and the lady on the phone said, I dont have that information.

After a fifteen-day wait to my email from a Tom Damrauer who said I did not receive the whole report and said he would happy to send rest of the report or give a full refund. But considering the source I said I would rather have the refund. On the next B of A statement the refund did not show but that maybe because it was to close to the transaction date. That is when I noticed other charges by the same company.

I have never paid to look at pornography in my life. I find $191.95 charges on my Visa Sept and Aug. statements. From Xbillco.com, Xbillpay.com and Websitebilling.com, all porno sites from, (Im told) Palm Coast Data a magazine subscription solicitations company. I have had trouble with the same company before. I called the BBB in Jacksonville, Fl 904 721-2288. They have 631 complaints on Palm Coast Data.

There maybe reason for this. I ordered something from John Hopkins about 3 years ago from the John Hopkins subscription dept and paid by check and they keep sending bills for it. So I paid again, and latter found the check stub, got a copy of the check, mailed it to this Palm Coast Company. A month went by, no answer. New Visa statement no credit. Called them told them I want a refund. The lady on the phone says "I sorry but our records don't show that." A year or so latter they sent me an offer for a book John Hopkins Consumer Guide to Drugs for $29.99, 30 day free trial if dissatisfied, just send it back. I did not send it back. That made us even. I wrote a note on the bill why I was not going to pay them. After months of billing and I finely I stamped F-Y- finger on the bill sent that to them. I think that was the last bill I got. The first incident may have been bad book keeping but this is plan fraud.

Then I started receiving US New and World Report for months. I had no idea where it was coming from until I got a bill for $15.00.from Palm Coast. They never say their name is Palm Coast Data. They just say
the name of the publication Subscription Dept. with a PO Box number. Palm Coast, FL.

I used SamSpade.org Tools (Free on the Internet) and traced Websitebilling.com, Xbillpay.com and Xbillco.com all porno sites to NETWORKSOLUTION, INC. redirected to whois.networksolution.com who contracts the work from Palm Coast Data.

B of A Fraud Control is very helpful also (800) 682-9005, ext 4686
