Palmer's Airport Hyundai is a poor excuse for representing the Hyundai experience.
I called Jeremy Talley of Palmer's Airport Hyundai a total of 6 times leaving 4 messages. Two of these calls were made on the way to the dealership. Needless to say and to our disappointment the vehicle had been sold to another dealership. Disappointment turned into disgust as we were given one excuse after another as to why this occurred. Sammy White (General Sales Manager) chose not to get involved even though he was positioned only 15 feet away out in the open. I actually had to ask to speak with him. What in the world is Hyundai doing with managers such as these? I am a manager and would not hesitate to take control of a delicate situation such as this. Truly sad to see.
Once approached Mr. White offered to pay my gas mileage but seemed unconcerned about my 6 hours spent on the road. It was obvious he wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. He also proceeded to tell my wife who was seated, to hold the hostility. Picture this, my wife is 52 100 pounds, the only one seated among three men, just spent almost 3 hours getting there only to be notified that she missed her sons 14th birthday because the dealership fraudulently neglected to make a phone call. If this is what the Hyundai name is selling we will take a pass.
The entire experience went from bad to worse in a few short minutes. Im 46 years old and have never been through anything like this before. I should have known something was not right when entering the dealership as the receptionist was playing computer games. Great Business Model Palmer's Airport Hyundai. Below is a list of executives at Palmer's Airport Hyundai. I will be contacting each along with their investors to see just how important this sad excuse for a dealership really is. If nothing is resolved then Social Media is a great messaging format.

Maybe you don't understand the Rip Off concept
1: I did not even sell you a vehicle. So how did I Rip you off?
2: If your dumb enough to drive 3 hours without confirming the status of the vehicle in question, well that's your stupidity....
3: If you missed your childs birthday to come and buy this vehicle, well that makes you the worst parent I've ever herd of in my life..
4: We tried to make things right with you, but as it turns out you guys were just unreasonable and pathetic.
I can't express how happy I am that you are not my customer.
This is in no way the views of my employer. This was written by Sammy White on his on time.

Second, what is the "fraud" you mentioned several times? Fraud is breaking the law and you have reported this to the dealer licensing board and the authorities, right? I agree, they could have handled this a lot better, but it doesn't seem to rise to the level of fraud.
