The financial company on my signed contract did not have an auto loan for me so I called them back and they were like we forgot to get you to sign a document so they told me to come back to dealership to sign documents and I could just make my payment at the car lot and they would send it in along with my contract so I signed the document and swipe my card for the first time payment and a month later the car still wasn't financed they ran multiple inquiries on my credit without my knowledge and they contacted me and said that they needed more information from me I sent it over to them and then a month later they tell me the we need to send you another contract to sign because the financial company could not finance the car so I signed a new contract without realizing that they changed my down payment from $2000 to $4000 and then the car got financed Mobile

How Smart! I'm Impressed!

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

Did you NOT think there was something unusual about this??? Why did you NOT even bother to READ what you were agreeing to, BEFORE you agreed to it??????? They now have a signed contract with your name on it which says YOU agree to all the terms contained therein! Guess what...you have absolutely no case! RIPOFF HERE--Dealer changed terms in the new contract however, Complainer failed to even READ the new contract and signed. Absolutely, positively 100% incredible!!!
