To all the "happy" magazine sales children; maybe you all should have spent a little more time in English grammar class and less time tripping around the country lying to gulable people about winning atrip, getting points. etc.

That magazine scheme has been around for over 50 years. I can not for the life of me, see why anyone would still fall for it. They have been trying to" win tuition" "points for a trip" and many other things.

I live in a very small town of about 5000 people. When anyone comes to the door, I first ask to see their license ( I know the town only gives them to the scouts ) then I tell them that noone ever helped me win a trip anywhere, why should I help them? Then I shut the door. And if tehy don't go away, I call the police. It may sound heartless, but then I am NOT the one who gets ripped off.

The only one who is weak, is YOU. I see you're yet another brainwashed poor excuse for a salesperson. Everyone who works for this company are the biggest sack of lying crap to ever exist. Karma's a b***h, so what goes around, comes around. And they all deserve the horrible things which cross their path's. They only care about themselves, if they cared about anyone else then why not fork over the money for permit's and let these people sell magazine's the right way? Im sick of hearing all these weak a*s people cring on the internet about magcrew. Magcrew is the best time ever. I was on three different crews,2 under PCCS liberators,and imperial,and one under great lakes circ, and am now going back out,to PMI.

It is hard and its not fun all the time but the experience you gain from magcrew is like nothing else. If you can walk into someones house and absolutly convince them of your schpeel, get them to hand over the dough... u can do anything you put your mind to.

It's a buisness and a very lucritive one. I am very excited to get back into it, and wether or not you get the magazines, it is an art to sell mags. Just the experience of traveling to all these cool places meetin all you crazy Jones's is just awsome.The crazy s**t ive seen is just incredible from drugs, to sex to shady a*s people.

Even though we might be a little bit grimey in our sales pitchs(which is frownd upon by SOME companies, not all) dont we all remember the horrible reputaions car salesman have? Its all the same, a sale is a sale.........

Yeah you got your ups and downs, if you suck at sales you ride in the back of the car, you get a $20 draw, sometimes you have to sleep on the floor. I guess that should motivate you to be a better sales person. I never lied to people to sell my mags,and I was a power agent. I made alot of money, met a lot of cool people and I learned how to be a great salesperson. I know that my crew wasn't ripping people off, but I can't speak for other crews. I know all the magazines my parents bought from me came, because they are still coming. So before you go shutting down PMI, remember that not all crews are like that.

I think that even though this one girl had a good experience, that doesn't mean that what these people are doing is right. The way that they conduct their business is very unprofessional. not to mention the fact that a lot of these kids are being abused. Everyone who has been affected by this should try to turn heads and see what we can do to stop all of this wrongdoing!

I used to work at P.M.I. and it wasnt a bad company. In fact it was the best experience of my life. I worked for crew #044 though Spencer Sales branch. And not all the crews are into drugs/alcohol. What it did for me was make my seld esteem higher, I made alot of new friends, and I met my husband when I woreked there. We were there for 2 years!!! Then I had a baby. I thougth it was a great experience, traveling around the country, to different states. How many 21 yr olds can say they have been to 38 of the 50 states? I can and I have PMI to thank for that. Just because there is a site that says bad things about this company doesnt mean it is a rip off . I bought quite a few magazines when I worked there and I recieved them all. in fact I have even bought some since I left the buisness and I received them. It takes 60-120 days to recieve them. If you read your receipt you would know that. And one more thing in one of the pther stories it sd that Vincent ( vinny) pitts said that the company wasnt responsible for the kids' actions, he was right when you work there you are an independent contractor, so that means you are responsible for yourself and you work for your self

Okay people not everyone who buys magazines through this company is ripped off sometimes it takes a little longer for the magazine to arrive the orders get backed up. The stars and smiley faces are a sign of personality the kids that come to your door are kids and most of them do have personality.

This past weekend a girl came up to sell me magazines. I felt a bit uneasy but decided to buy one. Since I felt uneasy, I opted to pay cash rather than give a check with my acct. number on it. Now, after reading this, I am seeing my first instinct may have been correct. Lesson learned should I not receive these magazines....TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS! I was also wondering about the stars and stuff on the "BUGG OFF" tag she gave me. I thought she was just being cute until I saw this. It's scary what goes on in the world.
