Palomar Associates AKA DVRA Billing Added my name on a Contract CARLSBAD California

 Went to Vegas wtih a friend. He signed and bought a time share. I didn't because of medical reasons. Months later I was going over my credit report and noticed a bill for $5395.00 not knowing what DVRA was. When I wrote the credit bureau I got a bill in the mail for $7,169.35. Two totally conflicting balances. On the top of the paper it stated  Vacation Priority Rewards. I'm totally devistated...I never signed for anything at least I don't think I did ..I'm on medication due to my health. I'm unstable due to my medication, therefore i'm not sure if I co signed. I don't believe I did. I asked them to please send me copy's of the papers that I signed ..but haven't heard a thing from them.  I asked for their physical address they wouldn't give it to me. And wouldn't give me their email either. I had to investagated it. I don't know how to handle this at this point I feel they took advantage of me and ruined my credit.
