Panda Security Will not stand behind their software Bilbao Nationwide

Panda Internet Security software is absolute the worst firewall and antivirus suite available on the market. Dont be fooled by the alleged awards that this program has won.

Let me preface this by saying that I have done some computer programming, internet development, server management, networking, and manufacturing of systems for over 10 years now. After installing this software suite I could no longer connect to other systems on my network. The firewall was blocking all access. As I have done in the past I went to the firewall settings and was going to setup a trusted zone for my intranet while blocking the outside. After searching for a while I finally found the firewall settings which did no good since there was no way to set up a trusted zone.

I contacted their tech support through their program and tried to call their tech support hotline and never could speak to a live person. It seamed like I was trapped in a phone black hole press 1 for this then press 2 for that now press this for that then on and on till I finally ended up on hold for over 20 minutes till I gave up and ended my misery.

After dealing with the problem and reading their worthless help manual and countless searches in the knowledge base online I gave up and tried to uninstall the program: which was a big mistake. During the uninstall my computer locked up and it quit removing the program and I am not sure what the problem was. I finally shut my system down restarted it and it ran like molasses on a cold morning. After several hours of manually removing the installed files and running a registry cleaner my system I was finally liberated from the Pandas wrath.

I called Zone Labs who I have always used until this junk was recommended to me. This was around 11pm CST after pressing 1 for sales they helped me get re-licensed and get their program downloaded onto my computer. After literally spending over 3 hours dealing with this mess I could finally get onto the network so I could finish a report.

After 18 hours Pandas tech support finally contacted me.
