Panda Software Consistent unsolicited e-mail assault. Claims name removed from list Woodbridge Virginia

At one time I used Panda Anti-virus as my a.v. software and chose to dump them because of poor product performance. However, I never stopped receivin the onslaught of upgrade offers and the like via e-mail.

Even after telling them to remove my name from the list and receiving an e-mail from them stating that my name had been removed.
I sent them an e-mail specificly telling them that I did not want to receive any more e-mail from them for any e-mail address which they might have on file for me.

After still receiving spam from them, I sent a second more direct e-mail, and now I'm receiving spam from them once every two days or so.

Their direct response to instruction to remove a person from their e-mail database is to lie about the name being removed, and then increase the amount of e-mail sent.
