I contacted usamedsonline.com to try and get some medication that I wanted. They made it very unclear that the $37.85 they were putting on my credit card was just a service fee for becoming a member. I thought it was for the medication itself.

When I called there to ask them when I could expect my medication to be delivered, I was told by a lady at the toll free number that the $37.85 was just to activate the membership and just for the monthly membership charge. When I discovered this, I told the same lady that I wanted to cancel the subscription because it was a misunderstanding on my part and I had not wanted to pay that money for a membership fee. She then told me that they would need a request for cancellation via e-mail.

As soon as I got off the phone with this lady, I immediately sent the e-mail and have been going back and forth with these people at Pangea Processing, who will not give their names, only first names and last initials. I can send you the e-mails if you want.

In any case, after several e-mails back and forth and telling them that I absolutely did not want the service and wanted my credit card refunded, they still are fighting with me over this and still refuse to refund my $37.85. I will never, ever do business with this company again and will report this to as many people as I can.

I still want my credit card to be refunded and feel if this were a reputable company, they would honor my request and understand that I made a mistake and there was a misunderstanding on my part. But so far, they have not done so and this is why I'm reporting them to you.

thank you.

If you go to usamedsonline.com and click on join, it clearly states taht the 37.50-30 day recurring subscription. What did you think that meant?
It also says

"
By submitting the form below, you are gaining instant access to the lowest prices available online for your medications! Our company does not fill prescriptions nor are we a pharmacy; however, our price comparision shopping system guarantees you the lowest price online, helping you every step of the way - backed by our 100% money back guarantee! "

I think a lot of people on ehre jsut don't read all the information on the sight before they click that "buy" button.
