Panther II Transportation Panther II Expediting crooked or inept, not sure which. DeKalb, Illinois

I had the misfortune of contracting with Panther II expediting for the past year. I am not saying that they are crooks and that they lie. It may be that they are just so very inept.

over 70% of the loads that were dispatched had errors. From wrong pickup times, wrong delivery times, too much freight for vehicle, the company never requesting a pickup. almost anything that they could get wrong, they did.

Then they refused to pay for loads even though they had the paper work. the refused to pay detention that was caused by their errors. they refused to pay for hand loading and unloading when required.  they would constantly jerk drivers around on jobs that require hand unloading, hoping that the driver would get frustrated and just unload even though they had billed the paying customer for this service. In my opinion they were just trying to screw the shippers and the drivers.  They say that they were not but the only other explanation is that the dispatchers there are such total morons that they are completly inept and all of these things were truely mistakes.

EITHERWAY, if you are a driver stay away from them. If you are a shipper, use a more reliable company like tri-state or jungs or T&K or Fed Ex custom. DO NOT USE PANTHER II. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF by corruption or ineptness. BE WARNED.
