Papajohns Pizza customer service as long as the general mgr is there! Decatur Georgia

Papajohns sucks! My wife ordered a pizza and showed up 45 minutes later to pick it up. AFTER PAYING, she was told it was not ready. She said she would be back in another hour. Upon arriving again, she was told they could not find the order. after waiting another 20 minutes she was told it was not ready. she again said she would come back in 30 minutes. Thirty minutes later, they said they just put the pizza in. she told the asst mgr that since they could not find the order and we have made several trips due to their mistakes, we should not be charged for the pizza.

Calvin, the asst mgr said either wait and get pizza or get money back but no free pizza and walked off.

The General Manager, Chad, contacted me next day and said he would address situation and we should have received a free pizza at least.

Chad then said he would give us a free pizza on our next visit.

Tonight we called to get our free pizza and guess what? Chad is out of state and Calvin said "no free pizza". I then filed a complaint with the local BBB. and with papajohns online.

I can only assume we will get another invisable free pizza.
