Paradigm Property Solutions LLC Broke our deposit agreement and rented the apt while we had a deposit on it because they did not want to honor their advertisement Meridian Idaho

 This company was charged in 2018 of embellishing over 1.6 million from property owners, besides stealing deposits from tenants and unpaid bills to companies they did business with. Sad for those they ripped off. Happy to report they are no longer in business.

 Wish I saw this before I rented from them but we were in a jam an just took first place we found of course it ended terrible .... an was a horrible 12 month lease !!!! Glad u sued and won!! Wish I could do anything about what they did to me but they already got shut down right before I got my 925$ back !! First off this company was the worst!! They were rude and soulless they never got back to you we’re impossi to get a hold of when I lived there I was very pregnate the a c stopped working it took forever for them to get back to us an to fix it I was MISERABLE!! My first red flag should of been when I first agreed to rent they changed the deposit from 600$ to 934$ for a crappy little 2 bed one bath tiny apartment when me and my husband both have amazing credit an perfect rental history an zero issues in our backgrounds an good jobs on both ends . Soooo made no sense but we needed to move an finding a place was just draining and rent was not bad .. so I took it the didn’t allow me to see the place .. another red flag .. then they broke the lease changing my move in date the day of!! 3 times !!!!!!!!

I lost money on this every time an they didn’t care an refused to give my money back an let me out of the lease !!! Even though they kept breaking it they wouldn’t let me out with my money it was total crap !!!!!!! I could honestly go on forever about this place an the things they did an didn’t do an how horrible they were to us .. but long story short we moved out a month an a half ago or so ... we cleaned the place spotless an there was not one damage caused by us . They inspected the place I took video of the move in with pictures an the move out an let Me tell you I cried my face off when I first saw this place ... it was horrible!!! I begged for my money back she then changed the date again to get it fixed up and cleaned up cause she had no idea casue she hadn’t even been to the property.. but gave me that move date an a key to get in to see it there was dog poop on the floor a flooded toilet food in freezer an just filth everywhere !!!!!!

A couple days later they had us move in they cleaned up the big stuff idk if they even put in the new carpet but of course it was still a Mess a crack in the bath tub all appliances nasty the blinds had some sort of hot sauce on them holes in walls the towel rack just barely sitting there soon as we touched it it fell to The ground they did replace the toilet seat didn’t clean under fridge or washer an dryer There was crap everywhere .. we had quit a few maintenance issues an the ledge around our place cause we had vaulted ceilings wow there was crap left up there an the amount of dust it wasn’t cleanable ... the ledge was very High up an Went around the entire place an hard to reach but had never ever been cleaned ...... it was terrible an the place was wayyyy smaller then I was told she said we had walked in closets lol ... yes I could step inside haha that’s it .... she was full of it !! Anyways we paid the 925$ even tho the deposit was 600$.... with no real reason as to why .. but we moved out we were supposed to get our deposit back an I knew they would try an steal it so i let them know I had pictures an video of what it was like an kept screen shots of the 3 dates they changed on us an I have proof of the cleaning an fixing up we did to that place an how It was 100 times better an cleaner then it had prob ever been (I was preg An all I did was clean that place for 9 months obsessively) so I told them I try me an I would Fight it an win I had all the proof !!

They let me Know a week after we moved out an I called them that my check would come 30 days after my move out date to my surprise no fight ... weird so the time came an went I start calling and can’t get a hold of anyone !! But what’s new .. I keep calling keep leaving voicemails nothing ... then FINALLY IM INFORMED THEY HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN AND CHARGED WITH EMBEZZLEMENT. awesome soooo I didn’t get anything back never heard back from anyone tried to file report but the officer told me I’d need to talk to an attorney?? Why they already proven guilty I’m not paying an attorney for 925$ of my own money that’s owed to Me !! Wouldn’t even be worth it at that point ... total b s honestly.. just had a baby went through the move An stuck at that property with terrible management an right before I get my money back litterally week before they are shut down.. I probably wasn’t going to even get it back anyways who knows but yea terrible company

 Really wish I saw this before I rented from them I went through worst experience with them
