Paradigm Property Solutions LLC, made us believe that great changes could be made to our mortgage; Fixed APR and lower mortgage payments in less then 3 months for the fee of $1995.00. This has been an ongoing process for the past year.

Paradigm Property Solutions LLC, submitted our first modification at least a year ago. We didn't accept that deal due to my mortage company needing a down payment within 24 hours. Paradigm never made us aware that there was going to be a down payment needed to complete our modification.

Paradigm Property Solutions LLC, agreed to resumit to give us time to come up with the down payment. In the mean time I was communicating with my mortage company due to lack of communication between my mortgage company and Paradigm Propery Solutions LLC. My mortgage company made me aware that they have been leaving messages with the 3rd party, Paradigm Property Solutions LLC, regarding my modification. Paradigm Property Solutions LLC never called returned phone calls to my mortgage company.

Long story short, Paradigm Propery Solutions never gave me the customer service that I was promised a year ago. I tried calling Jose and Usinia who were supposed to be handling my modifications and never received a phone call back from neither. Every time I attempted to call to speak to either, I was told that they are out or busy with another customer. I finally gave Paradigm Property Solutions LLC and unexpected visit.

I personally spoke to Jose and explained to him that I was no longer happy with their service and I demanded a refund. They tried to talk me out of cancelling my modification, but I told them that I was through with them. I explained to them that, this was not the first time that this has happened, it was the second time. I tried to give them benefit of the doubt that they were going to do what they have promised me a year ago.

I hope this helps more people out there in Las Vegas, Phoenix and also California. I know they are opening more offices out there. BEWARE who you chose. I just found out that I can submit our own modification free of charge.
