Pareto Logic sold software that does not do what it advertises Victoria British Columbia

I went to an automotive website looking for information on repairing my car.
When I clicked a link to get more information on car repairs, I was re-directed to Pareto Logic site and introduced to RegCure, a FREE computer software scan that would supposedly make my computer run faster by deleting unnecessary files and links. I tried the FREE scan. After the scan, when I clicked on REPAIR problems, I was again directed to a site that said I would have to pay $39.95 to get the problems fixed. I thought, OH WELL nothing is free, so I paid the money using PAYPAL. They sent me a password that would allow me to proceed with the cleanup. After deleting over 1600 files that they claim were not needed, my computer actually starting running even slower than before, not faster. I want my money back.
