Park Avenue Weddings Worst Wedding Photographer Ever! Plainfield, Illinois

I just read a report on this site regarding Park Avenue weddings in Plainfield, IL.  They used to be based out of Oak Brook Illinois.  I could not agree more with that post.  It actually could have been my post word for word as Roger (the owner) did the exact same thing to my husband and i although i was successful in getting my CD's of all of my pictures.  Roger completely hounded me when i was in the beginning stages of making a decision on which photographer to go with and then once i paid him i felt like i became a nuisance.  He wouldn't return calls, he said he would be the photographer at our wedding and he wasn't and on top of that he was rude when i would call to follow up. 

I was in a panic 4 days before our wedding because i STILL had not heard from him regarding who or even IF someone would be there.  I had to go through a lengthy process (on my own) to create my album because he did not have an office any longer after my wedding so i could not meet with a an designer.  I spent 3 weeks of my own time cutting and pasting proofs into powerpoint that corresponded with Park Avenue's templates and NEVER received my album.  When i called to ask him about it he said he thought it was done and sent out.  He said he would look into it and get back to me.  That was the last i heard from him.  Warning - please do not use this service.  Planning a wedding it stressful and time consuming enough, you should not have to go through what I and obviously others have gone through.  P.S. the pictures aren't even that great!  I just went to his website and it no longer exists so i hope that with all the complaints to the Better Business Bureau he was forced out of business.
