My wife and I had spoke with what seemed to be an upstanding businessman / photographer to shoot our wedding. He gave us information that made his whole presentation pretty hard to beat. His name is Roger Matteucci, his company is Park Avenue Weddings. Roger knowingly signed into contract with myself as the customer on May 26, 2009. We made a bad decision of paying him in advance for the photos that day. We got married on August 22, 2009, which Roger had stated a few months earlier, back on May 26th, that he would be our photographer. Well, he wasn't. Then it took until the middle of December to get our photos online for us to look at. A photographer was to meet with us after our photos were online to go through them and make up the book we paid for. Never happened. My wife and I were rushed, as there was an expiration date of January 31, 2010 to pick our photos out ourselves. Then finally after hounding for a few weeks, we found out he did receive our picture order. That was the last email I have received from him. I have sent Mr. Matteucci an email every other week since then and we have started calling him again. Still nothing. I have since given up on ever getting our pictures and have turned all the information over to the Illinois Attorney General's office for Customer Fraud Bureau to see if they can get some information or at least our proofs and some money back so we can go get them done somewhere else. Please do not use his company. He is not reputable. He steals money from you and will not return calls or emails in regards to your wonderful day.

Contact your photographer!

Hi,

I strongly suggest you contact the photographer that was shooting your wedding. Usually photographers keep backup copies of the originals.  You may be able to purchase the entire DVD with all your photos directly from the photographer.  It is possible that your studio owns money to the photographer who shot your wedding. Hope it helps and good luck!
