Parking Ticket Guys Inc Parking Ticket Guys Complaint. No action and fine has doubled. Toronto Ontario

Paid Parking Ticket Guys to represent me at trial. They failed to do so, and the fine has now increased and doubled. Now I am unable to contact them.
I hired Michael Low's company Parking Ticket Guys on May/11/2015 to appear on my behalf in court to dispute a parking ticket from the City of Toronto, Infraction # BG399040. I called and spoke to Michael Low on his cell phone (obtained online) at 416-317-2444. He provided a link to his website (www.parkingticketguys.com) to complete my information and make payment so that we may proceed with the incident. I did so and paid on their Invoice Number 000006463.

On the date of the trial (May/13/2015) I contacted Low to confirm his attendance at trial. He asked me who I was and why I was contacting him. I provided the infraction number, he said he did not have this on file and that he cannot help me. I then provided the invoice number # 000006463, he then said they do have it on file and that they will take care of it and that they do not provide details on the trial.

Since then, I received a letter in the mail, stating the fine has increased from $30 to $42.75. A $12.75 charge was added because nobody appeared at the trial. The fine will now double to above $60 on May/29/2015. 

I am unable to get in contact with anyone on the business telephone number 416-292-2600. When contacting Low's personal business cell - 416-317-2444 I am prompted to Voicemail where I have left multiple voicemail without a response. I attempted to text Low's cellphone for details on this matter he actually made a threat to me first stating "Don't ever text me again", when I pleaded for help on who to contact for help, he responded "YOU'VE BEEN WARNED" (Text history can be provided) 

I cannot understand why I am being treated this way. I paid my hard earned money for this company's service. Once I made payment on this website and it was processed I have been unable to get any help. The original parking fine has actually increased because this company did not appear on my behalf at trial. On top of these struggles, I was threatened for trying to get help. 

I cannot understand why a business like this is operable while continuously taking advantage of its clients and stealing from them. I have been robbed of the $16.95 fee and now owe much more for the parking ticket.
