Pars sold me and my wife a lemon Morrow Georgia

my wife and i went to pars cars to buy a car and once we found the one that we wanted we took it for a test drive the car was making a weird noise we told the salesmen he said that they would do what ever is needed to fix the car that they would service the car the next day so we brought the car back to be serviced and they said that all was fine and that all was needed was some break pads and they put them on we had to bring the car back because it was making the same noise they said that a diagnostics test was preformed and all was good with the car well one month later the engien on the car went after taking the car to another shop they informed me that it was an on going thing with the car that had to be going on for about a year and told me that i should take it to them and tell them needless to say they told us that they would work with us to get the car fixed now its been two weeks an they come back and say that they wont be fixing it and that we need to pick the car up they know that what ever is wrong with the car was wrong prior to us buying it the operations manger ms elson said that it was a oversight on the tech parts for not noticing the error code in stead of informing us of the error code he just reset it allowing for the promble to get worse know that it was their fault they now just want us to come and get the car they have lied and stalled their way to the end and dont really care about the ont come because they allready got their money now we are stuck with a car that dosent work and they just washed their hands of it
