On Monday, June 7th, I purchased a lower control arm for my Ford Freestar Van to be delivered 2nd day air to my home so that I could recieve it by today, Thursday, June 10th. I paid $33.00 for the faster delivery. I contact the company because I was not sent a tracking number like I was suppose to receive and I wanted to make sure that the part was going to be at my house.

I spoke with 7 different reps and a supervisor. They all had different stories. 9:48 am I speak on live chat with Eby, he assures me that my part will be delivered today even though he can't locate a tracking number. At 10:30 am I speak to Dennis on the 800 number who tells me that the warehouse dept. will be in in 30 mins. to update the tracking information, and I will recieve my part today, he said he was sending a request to a supervisor to expedite te situation. At 2:37 I speak to Harry on live chat, he says he has limited access and can't see the status, call the 800 option #3 for shipping dept.  At 2:53, I speak to Jackie on the 800 number who tells me that they don't really have a shipping dept. But I paid for my order 2nd day and it will be delivered today. At 4:50 I speak to Carl, on live chat who says he will send the concern to the shipping dept. and ends the session before I can finish. At 5:00, I speak to Patrick on live chat. He tells me the system shows that my part has not even been shipped. And tells me to call the 800 number. I call the 800 number and talk to Seth who forwards me to a supervisor name Lisette. She explains that my part was not of stock at the first 4 warehouses that they get it from but to check with her tomorrow and she will see if she has a tracking number. I ask her why is the first one to tell me this. She said that they will refund me the extra money I paid to have it shipped 2day and ship it ground and I should have by the 16th. That is not what I wanted, I need my van fixed this weekend or I am without for another week until next weekend, which is 3 weeks with out a vehicle! So I tell her cancel my order because they running some kind of scam!

Don't buy parts of this company they all lie and all I kept hearing was generic answers, so for the inconvenience and thanks for calling customer service. I hope that the credit card gets refunded soon or that will be another battle.
