Passport To Fun & Shopping Essentials non authorized debit card transaction Ripoff Des Plaines Illinois

Just came from the bank-my sons checking account (using a debit card) has been being charged 14.95 per month from passport to fun and 14.95 shopping essentials since December of 2005. Mysterously the shopping one was cancelled (by Him) in Jan.06.(young adult male who doesn't need to listen to his mother about checking your statement every month) He had not authorized any transaction or even heard of them.

I called the number that came with the transaction number. You have three choices on the phone menu and they all require an account # so I made one up and finally got a person. She told me she did not have an account for me. When I got testy with her about how can they charge me monthly for an account I do not have with them she did not know what to say. She fially "found an account" and i asked how I signed up for this program. She said someone called my home and offered a $25 walmart card with this program. Then put me through to a supervisor who is sending me an audio tape of this conversation (within 2-3 business days).I know this conversation never took place. The bank says we can dispute the last 30 days but nothing else because he should have said something sooner to them. (I agree)
But do plan on further action after(if)I recieve so called audio tape.

UNBELIEVABLE while typing this i just recieved a call from passport to fun and the supervisor said they will be putting monthly fee back into my sons account from January 2006 to today! Well see!! I hope so.
