A offer of a free airline ticket by US Airlines (supposedly) or so I thought
arrive in December 2011! The directions
read to contact a number 866-332-3951 then wait to be told where to meet for a
two-hour presentation to receive my two free airline tickets. It was
communicated to me under no circumstances are we obligated to purchase. We
met for the presentation and decided to invest in this agency. We didnt follow
our instincts and decided to commit to a contract. We know the pressure tactics
of salespersons. We also understand if we didnt commit right away we would
loose the opportunity of traveling inexpensively. However, once got home we
reviewed consumer report, BBB and consumer complaints. It was then that we
decided that we would not stay committed to our contract. We read the contract
and per contract directives if we should change out mind within three days from
the time of the presentation and our contract the contract is null. We contacted our bank and told them under no
circumstance allow transaction to clear. We then went to the Post office and
sent a letter declining the contract by certified mail requiring signature to
Passport To Travel. Also a $4.95 registration fee for free travel was
submitted. A month later a letter was received stating the $4.95 wasnt paid
and until payment was paid I couldnt get the free tickets. I again sent in a
money order with a certified signature and letter only to receive a month later
the same letter stating the same thing. I dont need free tickets that badly to
continue spending attempting to get the free tickets. I can buy a ticket if
this method continues!
This company misrepresented U.S. Airlines! As a frequent flyer of US Airlines, It
appalls me that a company such as Passport to Travel or CTA Vacation, LLC as
they are bond by get away with this foolishness! My next step is to file a
complaint with US Airlines!
My guess is that I should have listen to my
intuition!

As an associate of PTS Travel, I will reaffirm that we have no association with companies that host any presentations or seminars of any kind. We are a fulfillment company and our certificates clearly state all terms and conditions and contact information. Any company offering FREE airfare is totally misrepresenting our product and when this happens they are prohibited from future purchases. Reservations for all incentive products are made through the travel agency and not any vendor directly. We take all customer service inquiries seriously and have thousand of customers who are very satisfied with our products.

US Air doesn't exist either. Of course it's a scam, but what you aren't getting is that the scammers made up a name close enough to a real airline to make people think it's legitimate. The real airline, US Airways, has nothing to do with it.
