Patrick BMW The car that the salesman ordered was not what we asked for and they will not fix wholey or get us the car we asked for Schaumburg Illinois

 We went to Patrick and returned a lease to get a new lease.  On the new lease, we asked for the exact same car..same color, functionality, use experience, everything.  Although the guts like the engine have changed some, that was fine...but the technology and everything was to be the same as well as the trim, color, etc.

I tried to order on bmw.com as the salesperson told me to do but it wouldnt allow certain combinations so he ordered the car.  The day i drove the car off the lot, i noticed that i was not able to do things in this new car that i was able to do in the old car...specifically as it relates to streaming music.  This was a problem.  We asked for the same functionality. As it turns out, he ordered the wrong car.  He forgot to include this option. So after repeatedly emails with salesman and executive customer service, it has been determined that BMW corp and BMW Patrick will not give us the car we ordered and asked for.  We are to live with a band aid fix that may or may not work with future phones.  We have just asked to be made whole and to have the car what we ordered without having aditional expensse or more money down as they have requested us to do. 

We feel this was Patrick BMWs fault since they ordered the wrong car and we do not feel the burden should fall to us. I feel this was misrepresentation and fraud, along with an ignorant salesperson that didnt know what had changed in the newer car model and he didnt include the option as we requested. 

They have offered to make one payment for us..which is insulting.  Beware....
