I joined Patti Novak Introductions in July 2008.  When I met with Patti she promised me 1 - 3 matches per month.  She asked many questions about me, my background and what I was looking for.

I have been very disappointed in the customer service with this company.  I have only had 2 matches since joining.  When I call or email PNI, I ususally to not even get the courtesy of a response.

I even went to their office in Kalamazoo to talk in person about my concerns.  It was during open business hours, but the office was closed. 

I have been matched with the same person twice and was "scolded" by a staff member for not giving feedback on previous matches- but I was not even matched with the people they were referring to.

It is like they take your money and then forget who you are, who they match you with, or give any customer service.

I have heard similar feedback with other members I have met from PNI.  I have NOT met a "happy customer" of PNI.

I would strongly recommend NOT joining this service.  It is a waste of your time and money.
