All of you that have been wronged, or think that you have been wronged need to come together and file a formal complaint. You can complain all you want but nothing will be done unless you join forces. Uhh ok all are poor, credit is bad or risky and barely make enough to live in a decent apartment. You were forced to come here and you got a s***hole to live I for way too much money. I know cause I am one of you. I was forced to come here also. Code enforcement will not help you and NO One in the city cares either, come together in a class action suit, hit them where it hurts his pockets. If you or I have a case then let's make it. If not stop complaining, it did no go cause I seen one of your post and as I said was forced to come here. I even asked the property management and she played it off let it was disgruntled renters, and we all know a lot of the time that is true.
