 Living in michigan moving to Florida contacted sundi at forrest green mobile park who sent me pics of a very nice mobile home. I sent a $300 holding deposit. The morning of we called to confirm. Kelly said to come on down. So we packed up the trailers and headed to Florida. We arrived at forrest green she explained she had nothing available! Even though I had a trailer on hold! Sent me to another one. Walked in and told the lady who I was because Kelly called ahead of time. And the lady says she told Kelly she has nothing available. Calls another park and sends me there. It was unlivable! Horrible! Disgusting! So now for two days I had no home. I have 4 trailers with all my things loaded up in a mcdonalds parking lot with no place to go. I begin to call the regional manager who tells me it's 3-4 weeks to get my money back after I submit it in writing! Cuz it is locked in a safe that she does not have access to. So I call and call everyday they don't call back they lie . I just want my $300. So they give me a address to send my request in. I start digging around and see all these rip off reports. We need to get together I want my money back! Let's file that suit! Please contact me!
