In May 2012 I sent $500 to Paul McQuillan to design a series of postcard for my business.   he was very diligent in trying to get me to pay him.  Once I sent payment through paypal, communication ceased.  When I threatened to ask paypal for a refund for undelivered services, he immediatly got back with me and said I would have my card in a few days.  Another week and nothing, then another promise to delivery by the next Monday.

He was able to delay communication and put me off long enough to prevent me from being able to file a claim through paypal. (The limit is 45 days).

He made many many promises and never followed through with any of them.  He has been promising to refund my money for a month now and today, more promises to pay....as soon as he can.

This person knew exactly what he was doing.  The internet has several other complaints against this person.  Buyer Beweare.
