 My wife called Pauls Locksmith service because we had locked outselves out of our house. The dispatcher confirmed (3 times in fact) that the price would be $29.00 plus $15.00. service fee and that a man would be here in 15 minutes.  We continued to call several times due to no show. Two hours later a man showed up, presented my wife with a contracts and said he would not open our door until she signed it.  She did, then he opened the door ( it took 28 seconds, we timed it)  He then proceeded to charge our credit card for $169.00.  We have called and called, have been laughed at.  Emails go unanswered.  This outfit is evidently large, its headdquarters is in San Diego and we are  WA. They state on phone they are strictly mobile and have no physical address.
