pay pal,  pay pal lets scammer from canada get free product after knowing we dont sell on ebay Internet

this  week has  been  bad  ,, our  company  has been in business  sice  2011  and  we  ahev a stellar  track record  with the bbb and amazon  , i wont  give  out  the  name of  our  company  for  it  is  no ones  business  ,, anyway  our products  have  helped  people  all around  the world sice jan 2011 ,, we  had  a  scammer  form the  usual country  canada  and he  ordered  a  3  moth supply  if  our  product ,  we  shipped  right  away  ,, he  filed  a  dispute  with pay pal  saying  it  took  to long  to get  , we  sent  in tracking  number  and  pay pal  sided  with us  as  allways  ,, than  he  filed  another  dispute  sayin it  was no  what he  ordered  and  he  got  it  form  ebay  wich we have  never  sold  our  product  there  ,, pay pal  sided  with  them  and  he  got  130  woth of  product  for free  ,, we  called  the  pay pal  superviser  and  he  told  us  that  pay  pal  wes  wron  and  the  employee  was  put  on notivce  but  thay would not  give  us  our  money  back ,, if  you  own   online  business  do notgo with pay pal ,,they  are  crooks  ,, we  fired  them  and  chose  a  new  merchant  account  ,, beware  of  scammers  form  canada  ,, dont  let  them  pay  with pay pal ,, this  canadian  scum  for  now on will  have  to mail  us  a money  order  ,,
