I paid a PTR website 400 dollars via paypal to become a member of the website I paid this much as they said that they said in the website that they would pay you in 24 hours

but I didnt recive what I have paid for so I put a buyer complaint into paypal but the only amount that they could get back was a meger 75 dollars I rang pay pal asking why they hadnt got all the money back all they said was that it was illegal for them to take money of there bank account But I tried to explain to pay pal that what the website had done was illegal but pay pal didnt care

also as I have paid through pay pal and a PTR website with my my credit card and they will not do a charge back to the website also pay pal will not cover it

in insurance as it is a PTR website this is unfair as I want some justice as I do not want to pay for something I didnt get please help me get my money back

pay pal fraud ...Someone at ryan@kirkley.net - never heard of it before btw...sent a fake pay pal message with a phoney fake pay pal logo, stating someone bought a $761.08 television by using my pay pal which is quite certainly phony as hell.
