Payliance Stole my Customer's money Columbus Ohio

We processed 4000$ and had one single chargeback, and they are "holding funds for 180 days and deciding what to pay us what they feel is right" . The company representatives will lie to your face, tell you 50$ fee wlll solve everything and they will release the funds at once.  The customer staff answering the phones are completely rude, will lie to you time and time again and do anything to get you off the phone or say "they are in a meeting".  I have no clue how a company such as Payliance is still around today.  Payliance will literally steal your small busines funds and keep them.  They also ripped off the state of mississippi as well and kept government issued funds, you can read that on google.  I guess i'll have to grab my attorney and wait in line.
