  unfortunately pay Lance was the only job at the time that I had gotten to support my kids as a single mom. in the three years that I was at a lion I seen a lot of dishonesty and a lot of stuff go down. I seen employ ease wrongfully terminated, bullied an HR stand by and not do nothing but help bully them. I seen lawsuits come thru and Sean Kelly cover them up by deleting important information in our system, like recorded phone calls. I even seen Sean Kelly get on the phone and bully customers talk to them horribly and then hang up on them. if one of us customer service reps were to do that we would be written up or fired. Sean Kelly also made up new rules when he came in to the company, I like rewriting our script on what to say and then writing only one person up because they missed one word in his script. But when he got on the phone and took a call he did not use the script and what did he tell other employees working there I'm the manager I wrote it and I don't have to use it. He came to me for help on how to run the system bloodhound and fax when he lied and cleaned at the very beginning when he was hired he knew how to operate system. He also asked other people have to take payments in the system as well numerous times. He was constantly late showing up from work while I covered for him and got the collection floor running on days that are supervisor was not there. I was president when he lied to customers telling them that he was going to make a deal with them all he did was cut our high fees and collected the base of the Dead plus some feeds on our side.. but yet the other people up for stating that we would waive the fees of all their accounts if they would just pay it and only charge one fee... Sean Kelly came in not only trashing the old manager Heather Peavy which was gone as she left for another job to be closer to her family. She was a very successful manager over collections and all Sean could do was punished anybody that said how awesome she was. Sean and I had several meetings where he made it clear he did not like me he even made it clear at one point and apologized afterwards that women didn't belong in the higher workforce. At one point I was called into a meeting in an office that was outside of our collection floor the reason being is because a African American woman complained that I was rude to her, putting my job aside and helping her learn hers. When in the meeting we discovered after several races comments that she was very racist towards white people, when confronted about this she then turned on the manager Sean Kelly about several other issues of training or lack of.. this same person was not walked out of the building the same day but the next day not for racism but for insulting the manager. When I went to human resources Leslie white and complained about the way I was being treated Sean Kelly called me in his office and threatened me and wrote me up. When Sean and I came face to face not in a meeting but before work one morning I confronted him about his dishonesty of deleting a recording when there was an attorney That had contacted him for the information.. he said what they can't find doesn't exist anymore won't hurt. He told us all to keep our mouths shut because it would hang payliance and we would get a larger fine then what we already got. My reason for quitting pay my ins and moving on was because I was treated horribly and I've seen other people treated horribly what they do is not correct there And I truly believe in customer service Customer satisfaction and customer respect And it is frowned upon their in many ways
