PC Cleaner AKA Advanced Tech Support PC Cleaner ruined a perfectly clean Windows XP Toshiba laptop Internet

 I had a house fire two months ago and lost my computer system for my business.  A friend loaned me a perfectly clean Windows XP Toshiba laptop never used.  After getting online I was prompted by a window telling me I had registry problems with my computer and for $29 I could buy PC Cleaner download and fix all the problems.  I paid with credit card and the ran the program and it cleaned out my registry and then required a password to get to the desktop which the computer has never had.  So now I am stuck with a laptop I can't use.  I called PCCleaner and got put in touch with their tech support called Advanced Tech Support who charged me an additional $250 to fix the computer.  They worked on my laptop and remotely controlled a back up computer at another office for 3 days 24/7 and couldn't fix the laptop.  When they disconnected from our call they failed to disconnect from our back up computer and put that out of business for another whole day.  Now I find out that PC Cleaner has no mailing address or phone number.  I sent them an e-mail to ask where I could send the bill to fix my computer.
