I was led to believe that the download was free but then was charged 9.99 one month, which I paid, and now I am billed another 9.99 through paypal again this month. I don't know what the total cost is supposed to be and if I'm going to be billed every month! I cancelled my payment through PayPal and uninstalled the software. This is truly a ripoff.
