PC Drivers HeadQuarters Driver Turbo Driver Turbo, the Scan that rhymes with Scam and Sham! Grandville, MI (claimed to be) Michigan

PC Drivers HeadQuarters sells software on the premise that their customers' system and application drivers are damaged, out of date or missing. Two days ago I did a mojor review of my drivers and updated all of them using a reputable product, Driver Direct, which I recommend. The application called Driver Turbo as sold by PC Drivers HeadQuarters purported to demonstrate that 13 of my drivers were out of date (untrue) and I was directed to make a phone call to register and activate my product. Having made that phone call, the sales person who answered my call endeavoured to upsell me having gained remote access to my PC on the basis that he would fix my issue. He then endeavoured to sell me a service package for approximately $400 which I declined. At the end of the phone call I still did not have an activation key for the software which I purchased nor have I had an email confirming my purchase. I do not expect a reply to the email I sent to their "support department" much less a refund!
