PC Experts I called AOL to speak with Tech Support. The tech fixed my computer and then said I could get this 1 year program, where I would only pay $149.00 and get any computer problem fixed. That was June 27th and today is August 6, and I called the number they gave me and a guy answered the phone saying he was with Microsoft and the claim number was not one of theirs. I called AOl back to tell them on eof their Techs gave me this information and sent me a form by email to order this service. Flushing New York

 They billed my Credit Card, which I am about to go change now. I am thankful nothing else has been purchased ot charged to it. I calle AOl today and they have no idea what I am talking about. It had to be one of AOL Tech's because they connected me to this person.

 On June 27th I called AOL and was coonected to tech Support. The Tech went into my computer and fixed the program. He then offered me this yearly deal of  not having to pay for AOL anymore and also any computer problems that I had I  could call this number (888.397.2642) with an ID # IDPCE0613469. Today (Aug.6, 20130 i did have computer problems and called and the person that answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. I then called AOL and they said they did not do 3rd party tech Support. i spoke with a Supervisor who connected me to the Tech Support Dept. I asked to speak to a tech Supervisor and wa stold to call back in 5 mins, because one was not available. I paid $149.00 to this company. The AOL Tech Support emailed me the form and my credit card was billed. I am about to call AOL again to see what happened. i wa stold my AOL was cancelled and I was back to FREE service without any support. i googled the name of the company and found out this company was a fraud.
