PC Magazine Magazine ripoff Nationwide

On 9//9/05 I purchased a Notebook from Circuit City in Manchester, Ct. I also purchased a resource package for $164.77 which includes a years subscription from PC Magazine. After waiting several weeks, still had not recvd magazine. So in Dec05 I went to Circuit City and spoke with the Mgr about it. He had someone call PC Magazine and was told by Michelle I would recv my magazine in 10 days.

Prior to that I had emailed PC Magazine asking them to look into it. Each time I rcvd a reply that they would research and get back to me, which they never did.

After my in person visit to Circuit City, I emailed PC Mag...For a total of 20 times. It's always the same. They respond and tell me they will check it out but nothing ever happens.
