PC One Club B*ll SH*T Scam Champlain New York

On July 10th, my wife was contacted by PC One Club saying that she was approved for a secured credit card with a $2500 with a $349 security deposit. The money was pulled via ACH (check by phone) on July 15th. It sounded too good to be true and the company was contacted asking what exactly was being sent to my wife.

PC One Club stated that it was a Mastercard that could be used anywhere the Mastercard logo was seen. We have employee names / numbers for everyone we contacted. We recieved our "package" on July 21st containing ways to improve our credit, phone numbers to get a credit card. I called and spoke with a representative and they stated that they sent the wrong package. I knew then that it was a scam. I contacted my bank and they stated that we had to follow the Scamming company's policy and wait 30 business days for our refund on Sept. 23rd. It still has not arrived.

My wife and I have gone to the bank and they said they could not do anything for us because we authorized the debit and it was not a debit card purchase.

Currently we are filing suit in the Harris County Small Claims court and are going to attempt to stick it back to them. I just cannot find out anything like what the Company President, CEO, CFO names are.
