Beware! I am not going to write my report but instead will cut and paste my entire email correspondence with a Joshua R., supposedly from the sales department of PC Planet Systems. PC Planet Systems charged my credit card immediately after the order without confirming shipment. It has been more than 20 days and the product was never shipped. Sales rep from PC Planet Systems has threatened me with legal actions. Moreover, threatened to send my account to collections if my credit card company attempted to have the credit card charge refunded. Me and my colleagues suspect he is a one man operation running an online drop shipping business from his duplex in southern California:


From me: This finally shut up Joshua R's trap.


Joshua, The product was not clearly stated as discontinued. If so, I would have never ordered it in the first place. You can see for yourself if you look it up. It still isn't clear if you look up the part and I have taken screenshots in case it is updated after this email. All it says is that it "Usually ships in 2 to 3 Business days in Warehouse in California, 5 to 7 Business Days in Warehouse in Canada, 5 to 8 Business Days in Warehouse in China." Just because you say it's is CLEARLY STATED does not mean that it is clearly stated. I could have chosen my normal vendors but decided to give my business to PC Planet Systems, needless to say this will be my last encounter.


I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and will take further actions, if necessary. I too, have legal resources at my disposal but I am sure my credit card company can handle this issue. Your legal department should be aware of what is barratry, which is a felony in the state of California, and I REALLY DON'T APPRECIATE THREATS.


Finally, my credit card was charged on the 14th when I initially contacted you. That is CLEARLY STATED in my credit card statement and when I spoke to my credit card company TODAY, they informed me that it was charged. I already paid it off! I would suggest that you double check with your billing department. This is what prompted my dissatisfaction other than your persistence albeit telling me that my order will ship out soon, or your CLEARLY STATED terms and conditions, and most of all, threats.


Nevertheless, thanks for your attention. I believe I have enough to articulate my case and grievance.


Legal Department: Please review the thread below and take necessary actions or in-actions but my credit card company will be in contact with PC Planet Systems soon.

Forwarded to legal dept, we understand you have your own terms but you CAME and ORDERED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE a discontinued product AS CLEARLY STATED that we transferred from China, if you did dispute this order with your credit card company , then our accounting dept will also forward this to proper collection agencies, since we clearly explained and also is detailed in our website our processing time, also your credit card was authorized not charged and that is standard when you need to bring and special order products, once again you are more than free to choose that way (through your credit card company) but your account will be sent to collections for the time and money we lost getting your product

Hi Joshua, Please cancel the order. I have read your terms and conditions and feel that my order is beyond your own terms. I do not have time nor patience to pay for an item only to receive it months later. I am sure you would not like it as well as your customers. I feel that my patience has tipped over since I needed the parts back in August. Again, it would be in PC Planet Systems best interests to cancel the order because I have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. Main issue? Charging my card before garanteeing that the parts are shipped (You may need to add this to your business process and "terms and conditions"). I have already paid off my credit card!

Hi Joshua, My order has not been shipped. To my understanding, this is outside your terms of service and unacceptable in my own terms. If you read the thread, this order was placed on the 12th and neither product has been shipped or status updated. Outside your terms and agreement, businesses do not typically charge credit cards unless they know that the product is going out the same day. So, please understand if eyebrows are raised.

we had transferred your order as stated before from our warehouse in China and it is scheudled to be shipped out to you between thursday/friday at that moment our shipping dept will update your order status and post tracking information in your account, note that we have terms and conditions about ordering discontinued products that needs to be accepted before the order completion that is the reason your order was not cancelled.

Hello, Can someone assist me with my order. During the first week of my order, my account was promptly charged and I expected my order or some form of communication that my order would be was shipped in 5 - 8 business days (CHINA). My order was placed on the August 12th. I checked the status of my order and it is still shown as "Approved." Per your terms and agreement, the status of my order it is outside the 5 - 8 business days and I have been patiently waiting for parts that I needed this week. I made the request below to cancel the order since it is taking far too long for the parts to be shipped. Is there anything PC Planet Systems can do to expedite my order?

It appears PC Planet Systems has responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint and agree to allow the chargeback through my credit card.
