My internet provider,Shaw, told me to call abouk my wireless moden not running right,called the 1 800 # was told that there were multiple users on my wireless and that they needed to go in and clean up issue a 1 time cost of $199.00 they asked for my address told them and at no point did they say it was in american funds.Then they told me that I needed there software to make sure this problem doesn"t arise again.So nievly I trusted what they were telling me and I felt there was no other choice So then the fee became 199.00 plus 249.00 which I relunctantly agreed to with the understanding that he was talking Canadian funds which I find out after no its American funds $601.00 on my credit card...... For 600.oo you can by a new computer,just another f***ing scam... DO not by anything from these crooks...

Hello,
Our Company name is PCSmartcare, we are a US based third party independant Technical Support company we deal with WiFi Routers, Printers, Computers. If consumers face any problem with any above stated things then customer can call us to the issue rectified. But there is always a nominal tech fee to be paid onlly after rectifying the problem. As I said earlier that we are US Based company which means that we only charge in USD and same was notified to customer as well.
