I bought the extended version of this suite to create a report from MSWord and HTML documents. I could not create the report.

I paid for and downloaded two files that have the same name and function. When I installed the programme it changed a range of file associations without asking. Acrobat reader had to be selected manually by "Open With" otherwise PDF Suite hijacked the file and opened it in "edit" mode. This did not function immediately and often not at all.

The PDF suite crashed after a few minutes every time I opened it. The files I did manage to submit for conversion to .pdf format were returned with multiple errors and of such a poor overall image quality that they were unusable.

Finally PDF Suite appears to damage the MSWord Data Key in Registry causing MSWord not to function at all.

I submitted a support item and received an autoresponder reply with a noreply@marketbill.com. Similarly the card processing company upclick.com has no contact details.

I thought I was pretty internet savvy but I have been caught by this one.
