PDM Financial Or PDM International guaranteed services for $550 US up front on credit card but no service rendered Mike Cross - Colleyville, Texas

On 04/16/07, I received a phone solicitation from Mutual Consolitated Services in the US. They guaranteed that they could save me $2,500 US on credit card interest rate reductions.

It all sounded ok at first, after all our credit card debt is quite high and dealing with the banks on your own is impossible.

As the call progressed, I was transfered to PDM Financial or PDM International Inc. from Colleyville, TX.

I was told that I was qualified for at least $2500 US in interest rate relief and that a mailed package would confirm this "fact".

They were so smooth and being mentally ill, I fell for it and gave them my Mastercard to initiate the "savings program". I didn't think at the time "why do they need my money up front if they've already guaranteed the "product" will recoup more than their fee?

When I contacted PDM for a refund of my money, Mike Cross of PDM told me "I will never get my money back". When I requested an RMA # (for refund and/or transaction cancellation), I was told no. My money is now in limbo as a pending transaction, but it's gone from my grasp.

My spouse is ready to divorce me over this stupidity on my part. I hope the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce is made aware of this fraudulent, bogus "business" within their community.
