Peake 5 - Centrix Financial - Flatiron - Flat Iron Financial Uncooperative and rude Centennial Colorado

I have bad credit from my early teenage years; luckily flat iron financed my new auto. I had steady payments for two years then I lost my job. I began my new job and my pay days were off from my payment due dates. I called to see if my due dates could be change to meet my check and I received no positive feedback, only how I need to make my payments on time regardless of my pay dates. Needless to say my payments were now coming late each month at a 9% late charge, this really adds up quick. So now not only did I have a car payment to maintain I now had late charges to keep up with.
Yes it's totally my fault; however I asked for a payment date adjustment to prevent this.

Finally I was now paying my car payments on time, but now I had an outstanding balance in late charges. The next time I tried to get help, they had sold them selves to Peak 5. Peak 5 called me one day demanding that I pay that balance in full or they were taking their car back. I didn't have that kind of money just lying around. So I asked if we could do something to fix it. once again I received not help only a threat to reposes my car and let me tell you the very next day the repo man was out front of my house to get the car I was upset, yet glad the car was in the shop due a bad accident it was in. I tried to trade the car in, but I was upside down in the car because it was only wroth 10,000 and I owed 17,000 so no one was able to help me. I received the worst customer service from these companies. They even found my relatives phone numbers and call them and asked them to lend me money and told them my whole story. Is that not a privacy act violation?? I even had one representative curse and threaten me if I didn't pay.
