Four years ago I purchased a 2004 Pontiac Gran Prix from Hall Nissian. The first company to finance my loan was Centrix everything was great with them. awhile into the loan I received a letter stating that Flatiron was taking over the loan no problem there either. Later on received another letter stating Peak 5 would has my loan.

On January 23, 2009 I received a letter stating that Peak 5 has turned my loan over to SST and that I could not contact Peak 5 after January 15,2009. Thats where the real problem has begun. On January 8, I contacted Peak 5 and asked if they could schedule my payment for the 22nd of January normally my payment is due on the 20th, rep said no problem I gave her my Visa check card number she gave me a conf. number.

I checked my account the next day money had not been taken out. That day I started receiving 1-800 calls since I don't owe anything to anyone I just ignored them. On January 25, I answered the 1-800 call and was informed my car note has not been paid. I explained to the SST rep that I had a confirmation num from Peak 5 she told me that didn't help them. she said she would note the account and for me to call SST in the morning and work everything out.

I called SST 1/26 rep was very apologetic and made notes about whats going on she explain if Peak 5 didn't debited my account by Friday call them back. Later on that day I received a call from SST at my job explained to rep I spoke with a rep on 1/25 and that morning of 1/26 was told on an automated dialer. Called SST when I got home on 1/26 rep said they couldn't do anything in there system it shows I haven't paid for my car.

On 1/27 still receiving calls on home phone and again at work this time I was very irate and I told rep do not call my place of employment speak to Peak 5. Rep said for me to call Peak 5 I finally got someone there that said no supervisor was available and they couldn't talked to me about my loan because SST owns it. All I wanted to know from Peak 5 when are you gonna debit my account and pay SST. Called SSt that evening still no help accept you can set up a debit from your account but we are not responsible for overdraft fees.

SST is saying after 30 days I am facing repossesion of my car I'm explaining to rep this is not my fault why won't anyone help the money is there but Peak 5 hasn't taken it to pay SST. And when they do take it they say it takes 10-14 day for a transfer. I explained to the rep look at my payment history of my car payments they have never been late. Told we won't report your late payment till 30 days I still keep explaining I'm not late Peak 5 hasn't paid you. As I'm typing Peak 5 still haven't debit my account!!!
