I purchased a trial for 14 dollars through, online back in July 2009.  In this trial I was to recieve 4 posters of my choice, and then a MONTH later, if I was satisfied and didnt cancel, I would then be receiving 1 new poster every month therafter until I cancelled my subscription.

Unfortunately this was not the case, not a week later I went to the grocery store and did not find out until checkout (when my card was declined)  that I had been charged the amount of 39.80, 5 MORE TIMES!  I immediately called the customer service line to get this figured out, when I was told that I chose to be placed on a three day rotation, and that EVERY 3 DAYS, my card would me charged the 39.80 and a new poster would be shipped.  I cancelled it immediately.  THe representative, Mary, said it would take atleast 30-60 business days FROM the time they receive the returned posters, to give me back my money.  I HADN'T EVEN RECEIVED MY TRIAL PACKAGE YET!!!

Never did I even receive a confirmation email from them, as they stated i would, to my email account that would have had tracking numbers of the items shipped attached so I had to wait.  FINALLY I began receiving my packages, one by one sent by UPS.....

I decided to keep my initial trial package, but didnt even bother to open the 5 MORE unauthorized packages I had received, I call UPS and refused the packages and had them sent back on their way.

On Aug. 20th 2009 I called and spoke with Rep. Susan who said they had received ALL FIVE of my returns on the 18th of August (just two days before I called) and that I should have my refunds credited to my account no later than October 18th, or closest business day.   So i patiently waited.

October 19th came, I spoke with Katie who apologized and said I should have it within the next 7-10 business days.  I shrugged it off and then waited again for the funds to hit my account. (LET ME JUST REMIND YOU... these transactions had OVERDRAWN my account FIVE TIMES accruing me 5 CHARGES of 35.00 ON TOP of the 5 CHARGES of 39.80 from posterpass.)

Monday, November 2nd came around, and the funds still did not hit my account.  I called and spoke with another representative named Susan, who assured me I would have my refund by the end of the week.  Friday came, I received ONE credit to my account for the 39.50, which is also when I learned that they had changed the name from posterpass and credited the ONE of FIVE charges to my account under the name of HomeDecor or something which made it more difficult to get my bank to credit the overdraft fee that was associated with the unauthorazed transaction.

Confused, I called back and spoje again to the customer service representative and was told that I did not recieve all five transactions back to my account because they were all processed on different 'processors' but that I should be receiving the other four refunds my that next Friday, which would have been the 13th of November.  Of course Friday came, and no refund.  I called in and spoke with another Mary who apologized stating their systems were down due to stormy weather and that I would get my refund the following week.

Still mainting my composure, thinking there really wasn't anything I could do at the moment because it was due to the weather, I gave in and hung up.

November 16th 2009, spoke with Sara.

Sara gave me four transaction numbers stating that the refunds have been processed and that I would INDEED have my refunds no later than Friday, November 20, 2009.

Sara gave me transaction numbers: 982411, 966071,110731, 1011021

I asked dear Sara, Sara are you sure these are corrected? And read the fourth transaction number back to her 1011021 saying, "Sara are you sure this last one is correct it is one degit longer than the other numbers, and Sara answered, yes these are the transaction numbers they are giving me.

November 20th came. November 20 no refunds came. Not one. Definitely not four.

Called on November 20th and spoke with Mary.  Mary said refunds were submitted that previous Monday.  Mary said that we need to give it atleast five business days, so that means refunds should be given NO LATER than Monday November 23 2009.

Just to be sure I asked to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to a voicemail.  Lee Simmons voicemail, the supposed manager for posterpass.  I left a voicemail asking kindly for an explanation or for some reassurance that I would be getting my refund.

Mary lied.  No refunds were given on said Monday the 23rd of November, 2009.  I still have not yet heard back from the Mnager Lee Simmons, either.

I called back today, November 23rd 2009, to check up on my "REFUNDS".... I was told by Sheri that these said 'REFUNDS"  were not actually issued until Friday November 20th 2009.  And that I must be PATIENT and wait ATLEAST FIVE business days for the money to hit my account.  I told SHERI that I was given FOUR transaction numbers and that these were processed LAST MONDAY, Nove 16th 2009.  Sheri told me I was wrong and that I needed to wait.  I asked SHeri how I would know I would actually recieve my "REFUND" with in the "FIVE BUSINESS DAYS" and she got a little upset and rudly stated, "Look if you dont get your money by tonight or tomorrow you can call back and try again.. tomorrow, then Maybe we'll transfer you o a Supervisor"

I hung up.  You can only maintain composure for so long.  In todays economy, regardless of what a consumer CHOOSES to spend their earnings on.... I am sure NO ONE is okay with being taken for FIVE payments of 39.80, PLUS the FIVE MORE 35 dollar fees from their bank.

I want my money back.  And we all know POSTERPASS.COM doesn't have the heart to take care of the 175 dollars in overdraft fees they caused me ON TOP of the 199 dollars they raped my wallet of.

Save yourself and DO NOT do business with Peel Incorporated or any of its said affiliates: Shop Dani, Seattle Coffee Direct, they are all handled by the same representatives....
