My name is Vincent. I received a letter in the mail that looked like a certificate stating that I was approved, guaranteed for a $5000 cedit card!!

I wrote a check for $49.00, which was all my family and I had, and sent it for rush delivery. We have some major utility and medical bills to pay, and our electricity is due to be turned off, but we used part of our utility $ to get the credit card, and thought we'd be able to catch up on our pg&e, but yet we've been victims of this terrible crime, and need help to pay our bills, and get what we deserve, at the very least our $ back!!!
